Frank's wife, Pam has notified us that Frank passed away on April 10, 2017, from brain cancer. She says that Frank had many loves including his country, family and golf! Most of all, he loved being Poppy to his "little people" - grandchildren Maren and Larson. So very sad. May he rest in peace and his memory be for a blessing.
